Hritans is led by Mrs. Lakshmi S., a devoted mother of two daughters. Her younger daughter is a special child, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which inspires her passionate commitment to supporting children and families.

Lakshmi pursued these qualifications to empower herself as a parent and to provide the best possible education and support for her children, using these values as the foundation of her parenting. Since 2021, she has been guiding families, and from 2022, she has been offering counselling services after completing her relevant certifications.

Her passion and desire to connect deeply with her own child inspired her to empower herself and create a pathway to support other families facing similar challenges.
